Psalms 33:20-22 (NASB)

Our soul waits for the Lord; He is our help and our shield.

For our heart REJOICES in Him, because we TRUST in His holy name.

Let Your lovingkindness, O Lord, be upon us, according as we have hoped in You.

From meditating the verses above, I learn that it’s time for my life to be built upon faith, not others! The more I hold onto His word more than anything, the more the joy in my heart keeps overflowing!

For so long, ‘the Devil always deceives’. He always ‘traps’ us negative conditions and situations. We are conditioned to doubt God’s lovingkindness and His word. Meanwhile, in truth, however worse the situation is, God is still sovereign in controlling our lives.

What we must build is our belief in God and His word. The more we fellowship with Him, the more we should believe. And by faith, we will always delight His heart.

Habakkuk 2:4 (NASB) “Behold, as for the proud one, his soul is not right within him; but the righteous will live by his faith.

Romans 1:17 (NASB) For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, “But the righteous man shall live by faith.”

John 5:4 (NASB) For whatever is born of God overcomes the world; and this is the victory that has overcome the world—our faith.

I feel and I believe, this revealed truth – joy because of faith – hits the enemy’s deception in the spirit world. It’s time for me to keep living from His word alone, and to fully believe in Him as the sovereign and faithful God. Truly, He never leaves us, and His plans will surely come to pass! This is the conviction which will make me stay calm and joyous, even in the midst of negative facts.

Habakkuk 3:17-19 (NASB)

Though the fig tree should not blossom and there be no fruit on the vines, though the yield of the olive should failand the fields produce no food, though the flock should be cut off from the fold and there be no cattle in the stalls,

Yet I will exult in the Lord, I will rejoice in the God of my salvation.

The Lord God is my strength, and He has made my feet like hinds’ feet, and makes me walk on my high places.

This is the point where our lives become a testimony: although our surrounding (external factor) hasn’t changed, our strength will never go away, for God is with us! And His divine joy will always shine forth from within!

People will see us as a different people! They will be interested and thirsty to experience the same! Through our lives, they will have their personal encounter with the Lord! Amen! #ILoveGod
