John 7:38-39 (NASB) He who believes in Me, as the Scripture said, ‘From his innermost being will flow rivers of living water.’” But this He spoke of the Spirit, whom those who believed in Him were to receive; for the Spirit was not yet given, because Jesus was not yet glorified.

Holy Spirit emphasized to me to focus in guarding the flow of living water from my heart. It must be my main attention. Don’t let minor external things give space for the enemy to clog the flow. Beware of the enemy’s work.

1. When our awareness of God’s reality starts to fade, exchanged with the awareness of challenges, problems, temptations, and all external things, quickly take a firm action

Use our mouth to declare the word and pray in tongues. Do it until the awareness of God’s reality grips us again. Believe every word we declare. Imagine in detail until our spirit is filled with divine surge of enthusiasm!

2. Beware if our spirit starts to become cold, moreover quenched!

Remember, it is not normal! What’s normal for us is a fervent spirit in every condition. Because we are God’s servants who live only to serve The King and His will. Therefore, such a fervent spirit is a standard of our lives as believers before His presence!

Romans 12:11 (NASB) not lagging behind in diligence, fervent in spirit, serving the Lord

Utter again every promise that God has given us. Don’t let the enemy clog the flow of living water by implanting a hopeless heart attitude. Remember, whatever the situation and condition we face, He is still sovereign. He controls everything to make sure that our future is brilliant with Him.

3. Beware when our heart starts to lose its thirst and hunger towards God’s word and reality!

Quickly take action! Fast! It will condition us to focus in associating with the reality of His word. Fasting will also give us special time to pray. In this manner, we could overcome all contaminations in our mind (that becomes a clog for the flow) through the power of the word and prayers.

4. Beware if we start to become passive in doing God’s will

It signifies that the spirit of passiveness is clogging our flow of creativity, ideas, inspiration, and the various grace that we could use to finish God’s will and plan!

Quickly discipline ourselves to build our spirit man to such an extent. Dismantle again any wrong perspective and heart attitude through devoting ourselves in the apostles’ teaching. In this way, the word and the Spirit’s work could flow abundantly. That flow will send us back to do God’s will actively.

5. Drive back every attempt of the enemy to clog the flow of living water from our hearts

Whatever the situation and condition we face, divine joy must stay as the spiritual atmosphere that fills our heart and mind.

Philippians 4:4 (NASB) Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, rejoice!

So, what should we do to keep the joy flowing?

a. Remember, Holy Spirit is the source of joy. If we always interact with His Spirit, the flow of joy will never stop from within.

b. Forgive and do good to those who did us wrong (Phil 4:5).

c. Pray in tongues, declare the word always, and believe that everything works for good. Then, give thanks in every situation (Phil 4:6).

The  situation will not change when we respond negatively. However, we will change when we give thanks. We become wise and focused on solutions in facing the situation (Phil 4:7). Negative facts will change through our thanksgiving and the solution from the Spirit!

I believe, when we do the above consistently, our life will fulfill Ezekiel 47. We will become a tool in God’s hand to deliver divine life and healing in the spirit, soul and body for many people. And God surely will lift us to be renown, respected and influential (Deut 28:1-14).

Through us, divine life could be applied concretely in all life aspects of society! #iLoveGod
