This morning the Holy Spirit was reaffirming to guard the heart; do not let there be disappointment, resentment or anger. In any case, don’t let there be any grudge. Resolve it immediately. Forgive and forget. Make the heart fervent again, the flow of life spurting out profusely. Don’t wander off thinking about others’ mistakes and faults. Forget it! Replace with meditating the Word. Speak the Word until our emotions are positive again. Just do anything to make it positive!
I feel the Holy Spirit is very concerned about that. Because He is pouring out the spirit of prayer, and raising us up in the power of prayer. There should not be any contamination in our hearts because of disappointment.
Matthew 5: 23-24 (NKJV) “Therefore if you bring your gift to the altar, and there remember that your brother has something against you, leave your gift there before the altar, and go your way. First, be reconciled to your brother, and then come and offer your gift.”
Matthew 18: 15-20 (NASB) “If your brother sins, go and show him his fault in private; if he listens to you, you have won your brother. But if he does not listen to you, take one or two more with you, so that BY THE MOUTH OF TWO OR THREE WITNESSES EVERY FACT MAY BE CONFIRMED. If he refuses to listen to them, tell it to the church; and if he refuses to listen even to the church, let him be to you as a Gentile and a tax collector. Truly I say to you, whatever you bind on earth shall have been bound in heaven; and whatever you loose on earth shall have been loosed in heaven. “Again I say to you, that if two of you agree on earth about anything that they may ask, it shall be done for them by My Father who is in heaven. For where two or three have gathered together in My name, I am there in their midst.”
James 5: 16-18 (NET) “So confess your sins to one another and pray for one another so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person has great effectiveness. Elijah was a human being like us, and he prayed earnestly that it would not rain and there was no rain on the land for three years and six months! Then he prayed again, and the sky gave rain and the land sprouted with a harvest.”
Proverbs 4:23 (NET) “Guard your heart with all vigilance, for from it are the sources of life.”
If we want to experience again the reality of the power of prayer, then there is no other way, we must guard our hearts with all vigilance. A clean heart will flow a prayer that brings life so that it will swallow death in victory!
I feel the spirit of prayer is poured out strongly from the throne room. He wants us to capture it with a clean heart and manifest it in our daily lives. The prayer that we raise will make the sovereignty of His power real. #ILoveGod
