This message is a continuation of yesterday’s message.
We are talking about God’s purpose when He pours out His Spirit upon all flesh.
1. The purpose of the outpouring of the Spirit is to condition people to cry out to God and bring them to see the reality of the living God.
2. The outpouring of the Spirit that occurs is to touch and cleanse their hearts from various selfishness, hatred and various other negative emotions.
It takes an accurate connectedness between our existence as His church and of the Father, the Source of the outpouring of the Spirit itself. When we focus on building the quality of connectedness we have – both with heaven and with others, whatever heaven wants to pour out on us, we can easily receive. On the other hand, whatever we have received from God, we will be able to flow or share it with anyone who interacts and is willing to open up to receive what we have.
God will raise up and promote strategic people over cities and nations. They will function in much the same way as Joseph in Egypt, Daniel in Babylon, and Esther in Media-Persia, who will play an important role in the realization of God’s agenda and for the outpouring of the Spirit upon the nations. God will use His church as His working partner to change the hearts of the kings of the world and bring restoration to cities and nations.
3. The outpouring of the Spirit is to condition the hearts of those in power, who have the resources and technology, to have a soft heart to be molded so that their life values are no longer adopting the values of this world, but the values of truth, kingdom and love.
Micah 4:1-5 (NKJV) Now it shall come to pass in the latter days that the mountain of the Lord’s house shall be established on the top of the mountains, and shall be exalted above the hills; and peoples shall flow to it. Many nations shall come and say, “Come, and let us go up to the mountain of the Lord, to the house of the God of Jacob; He will teach us His ways, and we shall walk in His paths.” For out of Zion the law shall go forth, and the word of the Lord from Jerusalem. He shall judge between many peoples, and rebuke strong nations afar off; they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruning hooks; nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn war anymore. But everyone shall sit under his vine and under his fig tree, and no one shall make them afraid; for the mouth of the Lord of hosts has spoken. For all people walk each in the name of his god, but we will walk in the name of the Lord our God forever and ever.
From God’s church, it will come the teaching of the Word that will lead the lives of many people to the paths of truth. The manifested work of the Word and the Spirit will change the inclinations of the hearts and mindsets of these people to the minds of the just. In doing so, they will begin to adopt principles of living in righteousness that carry kingdom values and the law of divine love.#ILoveGod
