About two days ago I received a prophetic dream. In the dream I learned that we have all been invited to attend a grand event or feast somewhere. But I see all of us are busy alone, some are busy washing clothes, walking back and forth and others.
We should have already left for that place considering the distance traveled, or we’ll all be late! The funny thing is, I can’t go alone because the vehicle provided is a large vehicle whose purpose is to transport all of us. When I felt anxiety due to fear of being late, I woke up from my sleep.
When I asked the Holy Spirit to explain the meaning of this dream, I also received an impression that the party or grand event that we must attend is a moment of the event of the outpouring of the Spirit on all flesh. But we can’t all go to that moment because we’re not ready yet!
Furthermore, these are the directions of the Holy Spirit for us to pay close attention to, so that we will not be late or even miss the divine moment that is the outpouring of the Holy Spirit in these last days:
1. Do ‘mental adjustment’.
Accept the fact that after all God has set us up to be partners in His work on this earth. There are many believers who still have thoughts of delaying the decision to serve or live for God and work on the agenda of His plan. Not to mention there are many who think that they are ‘unworthy’ because they still have many flaws and weaknesses – they still have a lot of inner conflicts and even a very dilapidated past.
Whereas the Father in heaven has determined to make us who are His church, as His working partners on earth. He has determined not to take our inaccuracies and weaknesses into account anymore. He also no longer remembers what our mistakes were in the past.
Colossians 1:20 (NKJV) and by Him to reconcile all things to Himself, by Him, whether things on earth or things in heaven, having made peace through the blood of His cross.
He just wants us to say: “O Lord, I want, use me Lord, send me Lord.”
This is what is meant by mental adjustment. We no longer follow what are human and worldly reasons, which actually keep us in our comfort zone. But we begin to receive what is His divine calling. We learn to listen and then respond to what is in God’s heart.
Have the mentality of a soldier who continues to focus on carrying out his commander’s orders, who no longer worries about his daily life. Also have the mentality of an athlete who continues to persevere in training to become a winner. And have the mentality of a hard-working farmer who is sure to be the first to enjoy the fruits of his labor (2 Timothy 2:4-6).
Once again, the Word confirms that by Christ’s perfect sacrifice, the Father in heaven has reconciled all things to Himself, meaning that the Father is pleased to accept us back as we are. He no longer questions what our weaknesses and inaccuracies are. He also does not remember what was our fault, even He is pleased to position us as work partners and become His beloved children.
Feelings and thoughts that make us feel unworthy or incapable are just a trick of the enemy’s work to always condition ourselves to be unprepared for what the Father has ordained for us.
So once again condition our mentality to accept the spiritual fact that as a new person, God is really pleased with our lives, and He has set us up to be His work partners on this earth.
Isaiah 55:6-7 (NKJV) Seek the Lord while He may be found, call upon Him while He is near. Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts; let him return to the Lord, and He will have mercy on him; and to our God, for He will abundantly pardon.
God gives an open access for each of us. Whatever is our current condition. Hear and respond to this voice of God!!
Isaiah 55:8-11 (NKJV) “For My thoughts are not your thoughts, nor are your ways My ways,” says the Lord. “For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways, and My thoughts than your thoughts. “For as the rain comes down, and the snow from heaven, and do not return there, but water the earth, and make it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower and bread to the eater, so shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; it shall not return to Me void, but it shall accomplish what I please, and it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.
