We truly need an accurate heart attitude in interacting with both our spiritual and natural families. This is especially true when frictions occur between us. Because when frictions happen, our human nature is quick to judge, speak negatively, blame others, and look for scapegoats – we even want to cut off our covenant! That’s the immature reactions of those who are not humble enough to self-introspect, admit their wrong, apologize, forgive and forget. All of them simply show that our ego is still alive and that the mind of Christ is yet to be realized in us.

I could feel Holy Spirit speaking into my heart:

“Now is the time for Christ to be real in you! Not when you perform in front of the crowd, not when you preach the word, and not when you are ministering, but in your daily life when you interact with others!”

It doesn’t mean that we couldn’t become angry, but we must reprove others with a heart full of love! So, our words and the ‘spirit’ behind them could heal others and help them to become a better person. But remember, before we reprove others, we must firstly introspect ourselves. Because it could turn out that we are the ones who should change! That’s the mature attitude which will condition us to shine Christ in our everyday life!

We must also practice these divine responses when we are finishing God’s will together with our spiritual family. When frictions happen, and we persevere in responding divinely, we will become more and more mature. We could appreciate and respect our covenant as something sacred and divine, which couldn’t be toyed around with our human emotions. This will make Christ shows tangibly. Wherever we are, there is divine truth, peace, and joy!

How could we reveal the Kingdom of God (and the King of Peace) when believers in a spiritual family keep fighting and living in inner conflict? Impossible! I believe that the kingdom could manifest tangibly on earth when we are united in harmony as a spiritual family – a solid team – in finishing God’s will. Many people will witness and feel the presence of God’s church as a different and more-than-average institution. Because in doing His will, we have a perfectly preserved covenant! God makes everything we do successful!

Truly, in this world that has been filled with ambition, personal interest, and humanity, God’s church will rise as the solution, model, and answer to every problem!

Isaiah 2:3-5 (TLB) “Come,” everyone will say, “let us go up the mountain of the Lord, to the Temple of the God of Israel; there he will teach us his laws, and we will obey them.” For in those days the world will be ruled from Jerusalem. The Lord will settle international disputes; all the nations will convert their weapons of war into implements of peace. Then at the last all wars will stop and all military training will end. O Israel, come, let us walk in the light of the Lord and be obedient to his laws!
